Kurt and Valerie Malmberg, owners of Greshville Antiques and Fine Art, have been researching Berks County artists and their works for over 40 years.
The Malmbergs are considered the leading authorities and appraisers of Berks County art, and they frequently assist auction houses, institutions, appraisers, and collectors in evaluating and purchasing popular rediscovered regional art.
The gallery is renowned for its collection of museum-quality paintings by Berks County artists, including Ben Austrian, Christopher H. Shearer, Frederick Spang, Earl Poole, and others.
The artwork was housed in a renovated Pennsylvania German 18th- century stone barn located on their 5-acre farmette.
